2.3 How to Assemble
* Attention in Assembly
-
When the product is unpacked, check that it has all of the components listed above before assembly.
-
Assembly directions are described in the sequence of the numbers in the above table of product
components.
-
Carefully open and assemble glass components which have the risk of damage.
-
Carefully manage the components after packing. The components may be lost.
* To assemble the product, follow the instructions described below.
(1) Separate Condenser Lock nut from Main Body.
(2) Apply vacuum grease on the joint unit of Vapor duct 24/40, and then make connection from down to up.
At this time, when Vapor duct is pulled back, it should not be back out.
(3) Apply vacuum grease on the bottom of Vapor duct and then connect Evaporating Flask. Fix them with
24/40 clamp.
(4) Put Lock nut in Condenser and connect condenser spring
to the condenser. Evenly apply vacuum grease on Vacuum_seal.
Connect Tefron O-ring, Viton O-ring and Vacuum_seal to the rotary-
joint-unit of the main body.
(5) Apply vaccum grease on the joint unit of Receiving Flask.
Make connection with Ball joint clamp. Fasten the screw
on the back of Ball joint clamp for complete fixture.
(6) Connect valve connecting tube
(inner diameter Ø5) to Capillary valve.
