4. Product Maintenance
4.1 Maintenance & Management
Rotary Vacuum Evaporator
was manufactured in consideration of various events that can occur in
operation. To use the equipment long in the condition of stable performance, please make sure to
comply with the following instructions:
1. Make sure to use standard rated power.
2. Run the equipment in a place without moisture as most as possible, and keep the indoor
temperature at 5°C ~ 40°C.
3. If the equipment is not used long, unplug it and make it dry before packing and keeping.
4. If a part of the equipment needs to be replaced, it is required to use only the genuine part
offered by our company.
5. If the equipment fails due to its excess use, no maintenance service is offered.
6. DO NOT touch the power plug and electric devices of the product with your wet hands.
7. To clean the product, unplug it and use a soft cloth to remove impurities. If there are still spots,
put a solvent with a low freezing point in a cloth and then wash impurities only.
8. It the equipment is polluted with toxic chemicals or toxic gas, wear chemical-resistant gloves
and mask, and make it clear with a dry cloth slowly.
9. Soak accessories with a neutral detergent and wash them clearly with distilled water and dry
them completely before use.
10. To clean the product, DO NOT pour water on the top of the product or the controller directly or
put any liquid on it. Otherwise, a fire may break out.
11. Make sure to not to exceed the maximum load.
12. If a glass component is damaged, wear protective equipment and then dispose of it with safety.
