a) NTSC and PAL setting is not correct, and the image becomes black and white.

b) Device and monitor resistance is not compatible.

c) Video network transmission distance is too far or transmission line signal attenuation

is too much.

d) NVR color or brightness setting is not correct.

6) Q: No recorded video can be found in local playback.

There are the following possibilities:

a) Poor HDD box contact or HDD is not properly installed.

b) HDD is damaged.

c) Upgraded program is not compatible.

d) The recorded file that you want to search has been overwritten.

e) The recorded file is not opened.

7) Q: Video is distorted in local search.

There are the following possibilities:

a) Video quality setting is too low.

b) Program read error, bit data is too small, and there is full of mosaic in the screen.
