•

Make sure that the O-ring (A) installed to the sec-
ondary pump body is not damaged.

CAUTION

Alignment

mark

1. Put an alignment mark on the side of the hydraulic

pump and remove the mounting bolt.

2. Remove the rear cover (1) from the hydraulic pump.

•

The hydraulic pump can be disassembled and
reassembled. However, only qualified KIOTI tech-
nicians should disassemble and assemble the hy-
draulic pump with proper tools.

•

Before assembling the components, clean all the
components and replace the seals with new ones
if possible.
