Microwave oven (Upper Oven)

Cupcakes

Place 6 cupcakes on the 6 cup muffin mold, then
place the mold on the low rack.

Marble cake

1 ea

Put the fresh dough into round cake pan. Put the
dish on the low rack. After baking, let stand for
5-10 minutes.

Cheese cake

1 ea

Ingredients

:

15 graham crackers, crushed, 1/2 cup butter, 14 oz
cream cheese, softened, 2 eggs, 1 cup granulated
sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method:

1.

Melt the butter in a pan and add the crushed

biscuits and stir until coated in all the butter.
Spread over the bottom of the 8 inch tin and
press down to be firm.

2.

Mix the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla

extract until smooth. Pour it over the biscuit
base and spread out with a spatula.

3.

Place the tin on the low rack. After baking, let

cool and then refrigerate for 5 hours before
serving.

Pound cake

Ingredients:

1 1/3 sticks butter, softened, 2/3 cups sugar, 3
eggs, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking
powder, 2/3 cup milk, 1 1/3 teaspoon vanilla
extract

Method:

1.

In a large bowl mix together the butter and

sugar then add the eggs and mix until smooth.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.

2.

Pour batter into a greased tube pan. Put the pan

on the low rack.
