Vegetable Rice
Porridge
Pine Nut Porridge
●
Ingredients:
½
cup of rice, 2 potatoes, 50
g of carrot, 3 cups of water
●
Directions
1. Thoroughly wash the rice and place it on the
strainer. Then, peel the potato and carrot
and slice them into thin strips.
2. Put the ingredients and water into the pot.
3. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker,
and close the lid.
4. Select Potato & Carrot Porridge and press
the [OK] button.
5. When the cooking is completed, put them in
the blender and grind them.
●
Ingredients:

cup of rice, 30 g of broccoli,
1
½
cups of water, and a small amount of
salt
●
Directions
1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30
minutes. Put the rice, water and broccoli in
the blender and pulverize them.
2. Put the ingredients into the pot, then place
the inner pot inside the rice cooker, and
close the lid.
3. Select Vegetable Rice Porridge and press
the [OK] button.
4. When the cooking is completed, add some
salt to the cooked porridge to your taste and
stir it gently.

Ingredients: 1 cup of rice,

cup of pine
nuts, and a small amount of salt
●
Directions
1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30
minutes.
2. Wash the pine nuts and grind in a blender.
3. Add the swollen rice and ground pine nuts,
then add water until it reaches porridge
water level 1.
4. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker,
and close the lid.
5. Select Pine Nut Porridge and press the [OK]
button.
6. When the cooking is completed, add some
salt to the cooked porridge to your taste and
stir it gently.

Adding water in excess of the standard can
cause the water to spew out through the
steam vent.
Porridge with
Abalone
Special Chicken
Porridge
Plain Porridge
●
Ingredients: 1 cup of rice, 1 tablespoon of
sesame oil, 1 abalone, and a small amount
of salt
●
Directions
1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30
minutes.
2. Brush the abalone clean and detach it from
the shell. Take out the gut and cut into thin
slices.
3. Add the swollen rice, abalone, and sesame
oil into the inner pot, then add water until it
reaches porridge water level 1. Then, stir the
mixture throughly.
4. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker,
and close the lid.
5. Select Porridge with Abalone and press the
[OK] button.
6. When the cooking is completed, add some
salt to the cooked porridge to your taste and
stir it gently.

Notes: The same recipe can be applied to
shrimp porridge or oyster porridge to your
taste.

Ingredients: 1 cup of rice,
½
of a chicken, 3
cups of chicken soup, 1 green pepper, 1 red
pepper, a small amount of salt
●
Sauce: 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion,
1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons
of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, a
small amount of ground sesame mixed with
salt and a small amount of pepper
●
Directions
1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30
minutes.
2. Mix the ingredients to make the sauce.
3. Clean the chicken and boil well. Tear the
chicken flesh into bite-size pieces and
season with the sauce. Remove oil from the
chicken soup and strain through a gauze
cloth.
4. Remove seeds from the green and red
peppers. Then, chop into small pieces.
5. Add the swollen rice, chicken, hot pepper,
and chicken soup into the inner pot, then
add water until it reaches porridge water
level 1.
6. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker,
and close the lid.
7. Select Special Chicken Porridge and press
the [OK] button.
8. When the cooking is completed, add some
salt to the cooked porridge to your taste and
stir it gently.

Ingredients: One cup of rice
●
Directions
1. Measure rice amount with the measuring
cup according to the number of servings
you need.
2. Thoroughly wash the desired amount of rice
and let it swell for about 30 minutes.
3. Add the swollen rice into the inner pot, then
add a proper amount of water up to the
porridge water level.
4. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker,
and close the lid.
5. Select Plain Porridge and press the [OK]
button.
6. When the cooking is done, gently stir the
porridge.
