E1 / G.703

Data received from E1 port is turned back to E1 port without processing and is trans-

ferred to a remote device over packet network. Data received from the remote device 

from packet network is lost.

E1 / G.703

Data received from a remote device over packet network is processed by the device 

and transferred back for transmission to E1 port. Data received from E1 port is lost.
