History

Any messages from your printer can be seen here. If 

you have an error on your printer please save the report 

information (Info menu/ Report) and send it to our 

support team.

New firmware information

There is a short description of the firmware. 

Online support

If you enable this, support personnel can access the 

printer remotely. This function remains active until the 

printer is restarted. Use the Send status report button to 

send the printer details to support.

5.12. Safe mode

If you have a critical error, a red message appears on the 

printer’s screen and the safe mode will be active. If you 

see the following messages, one menu is hidden and only 

three menus are active.
Active menus:
•  Print
•  Settings
•  Info

Please contact your vendor or the support team

After the red messages, please:
