11-2) Output signal
There are photo-coupler output (Alarm, INPOSITION) and line drive (encoder) output in the driver
output terminal. In case of Alarm and INPOSITION output, The signal status is operated
by the ON (electric current applied) and OFF (electric current not applied) of photocouplers,
not by the voltage level of signals.
■ Alarm output
Alarm output is [OFF] in the normal state and [ON] when an error occurs in the driver.
If this signal is detected from the host controller used by the user, the run command will stop.
If an error occurs during operation, the driver will detect it and block the motor current,
alarm output signal occurs, and the alarm LED blinks to notify the occurrence of abnormality.
More than 0.1 S
ON
OFF
■ Inposition output
If the motor position is located within the set INPOSITION PULSE value (Reference encoder),
the inposition output signal [OFF] will occur and INPOSITION LED will light up.
More than 0.1 S

OFF
■ Encoder output
The encoder output signal is AM26LS31 line drive output. (applying to each phase)
