11. Input and output control

  11-1) Input signal

     Driver input terminals are all made with photocouplers. The signal status is operated by the ON
     (electric current applied) and OFF (electric current not applied) of photocouplers,
     not by the voltage level of signals.

 

     ■ Position pulse command input (CW, CCW)

         Please set the jumper according to the voltage of CW and CCW input signals.

     ■ Servo ON / OFF input

         If Servo ON / OFF signal is [ON], the PLUSTEP driver will stop supplying current to the motor.
         If Servo ON / OFF signal is [OFF], PLUSTEP driver will supply current to the motor and holding 
         torque will occur. Please be sure to make Servo ON / OFF signal to [OFF] when operating the motor.

     ■ Alarm Reset input

         It is used to turn off the alarm output if the protection function is working in the driver.
         If alarm reset signal is [OFF], the alarm output will be turned off.
         Please remove the cause of alarm before making alarm reset signal to [OFF] and then,
