7.8 Start-up
LIFT WITHOUT MECHANICAL SAFETY DEVICES (FOR INSTALLING
TECHNICIANS ONLY)
•
Make sure that the working area is free of people and objects;
•
Ensure that the power supply voltage of the existing main electrical system is correct for
the control unit of the machine (230 V or 400 V);
•
Make sure that power reaches the control unit;
•
Pour oil in the tank (approx. 15 litres);
•
Power the lift on using the main switch;
•
Perform calibration;
LIFT CALIBRATION AND BLEEDING: (FOR AUTHORISED USERS
ONLY) (FIG.20)
•
Turn the lift off.
•
Set dip-switch 5 to ON.
•
Turn the lift on
•
Wait for the red alarm warning light to turn on and then off.
•
Set dip-switch 5 to OFF.
•
The lift sounds an intermittent beep and the red and green lights turn on.
•
Lower the lift completely to the floor, then press the red button P1 on the board.
•
The board sounds a beep for confirmation, then the GREEN light goes out.
•
Take the lift completely up to the mechanical limit stop of the cylinder.
•
Continue raising by pressing the green button to open the synchronisation valves
Note: Wait a few minutes to help bleeding any air mixed with the oil in the tank.
WARNING: CARRY OUT THIS OPERATION ONLY WITHOUT
LOAD ON THE LIFT.
Note: if the lift does not move down or if it stops before detecting the
safety height limit switch, it is necessary to remove the extra oil from
the secondary cylinders
OPERATING LIFT IN SERVICE CENTRE:
LIFT MOTION
UP button (5): Moves lift up
DOWN button (6): Moves lift down without initial rising
SAFETY LOCK button (7): Opens synchronisation valves
