Hardware Manual — How to Build Your Own Crossover Cable

Configuring the RS-422/485 Ports

To define the port’s function and to configure the communication settings for the
RS-422/485 ports on the RTU, you must use the Manager Lite utility.

Downloading the database to the RTU

To download the database to the RTU, you must the Manager Lite utility.

Downloading the database to an RTU is not described here. It is the intention of
this manual to describe how to install the RTU and get it connected to the host so
that the person responsible for the database can then download the database to the
RTU.

If you are responsible for downloading the database to the RTU, refer to

document.
