The control unit in the chair has overload protection. If the chair is moved continuously for any
reason, the overload protection may be triggered and the chair may stop in its current position.
The overload protection is automatically cancelled after a few minutes. The chair can then be
moved normally again.
It may happen that the zero point configuration in the controller is deleted over time. If this hap-
pens, the chair will only move at a very slow speed. To reconfigure the chair, move it to the lowest
position. Press the rear button again for about 5 seconds. The chair makes a brief, slight move-
ment and has reconfigured itself. Now the chair will move up and down again at normal speed.
