This function requires an external GSM modem to send messages to mobile phones via

SMS (Short Message Service). Please refer to your GSM modem user manual for the

physical connections.

Step 1:

Select Event Type to trigger DVR sending SMS alarm message to mobile

phone. Please refer to the description of “All Events->E-Mail” settings.

Step 2:

Enter the numbers of mobile phones to receive SMS message.

Step 3:

Enter the

Subject

of the alarm message (for example, DVR Alarm)

Step 4:

Click “

” tab when you have done the setting.

Step 5:

Besides the setting in this menu, you should have further configurations of

GSM Modem to let this function work. . Please refer to Chapter 5-4-2 about setting

of GSM Modem.
