FX-DS540-AP, FX-DS540-APP

Connectors

Item

Operation / function

CF1

Accepts the firmware storage CF card. (TYPE I)

CF2

Accepts the firmware storage CF card or an optional CF card such as
the FX-D110-CFC. (TYPE II)

When the device is shipped, the firmware storage CF card is plugged.

TO use the FX-DS110-CFC, plug the firmware storage CF card into
CF1.

COM

Connects a terminal to make various settings and to update firmware.

UTP 10/100M

Connects to a 10BASE-T or 100BASE-TX LAN.

Ground terminal Grounds the AP via the ground terminal.

Power supply
jack

5VDC power supply input jack. When no AC power supply is available,
supply the power using this connector.

- Power supply specifications: 5VDC±5% Max. 1.6A

- Power supply plug

- Specification: EIAJ RC-5320A Voltage category 2

- Polarity: Outside terminal is negative (-) and center terminal is
positive (+)

- Plug diameter: 4.0mm (external diameter), 1.7mm (internal
diameter)

CAUTION

Use either the AC power supply or DC power supply on the FX-DS540-AP/APP. Using both power

supplies at the same time may damage the AP.

Only the DC power supply can be used for the FX-DS540-APP.
