Sensed humidity is above the
value configured in the control software. The unit
will remain idle until the sensed RH value drops below the setpoint value.
Incorrect layout of the humidifier control system (sensor location too close to steam
distributor or other sources that affect measurement), or defective components.
– Check the humidifier control system.
Humidifier capacity too large for the space being humidified.
– Limit the output capacity of the humidifier – refer to
The
value for the sensor signal may be set too low.
– Adjust the RH High value for the sensor signal.

RH Low Warning Sensed humidity is below the minimum value configured in the control software. The unit
should continue operating unless it is in standby mode.
Incorrect layout of the humidifier control system (sensor location too close to steam
distributor or other sources that affect measurement), or defective components.
– Check the humidifier control system.
The
value for the sensor signal may be set too high.

Drain Check
The drain pump has been active for an extended period of time without the water level
changing in the float chamber. The unit needs to drain for optimal performance. Fix the
problem before restarting the unit.
Back pressure in the drain line may be causing slow drain.
– Remove any blockages in the drainage system.
Loose connection.
– Check the connections between the float board and the driver board, as well as the
drain pump.
Floats may be stuck.
– Visually check that the different LEDs on the float board light up as the water level in
the float chamber changes. If necessary, clean the float chamber – refer to
.
Drain pump may be clogged.
– Clean the drain pump – refer to
"Cleaning Hoses, Dual Fill Valves and Drain Pump" on page 54

Float Inconsist
-
ent
On unit startup the float levels do not rise logically from low water level L1 (red LED) to
high water level L5 (yellow LED).
Excess back pressure in the steam line.
– Check the steam line.
Float level sensor may be malfunctioning.
– Inspect all hoses and connections.
– Clean the float chamber – refer to
"Cleaning the Float Chamber" on page 53
