Troubleshooting
»
Verify that you are using the right power cord/adapter. Do not use a power adapter with DC
output higher than the rated voltage of the switch. This will result in severe damage.
»
Select the proper network cable to construct your network. Please confirm that you are using
the correct cable.
»
Diagnosing LED Indicators: The Ethernet switch can be easily monitored through LED
indicators on the front panel. These indicators describe common problems you may encounter
and where you can find possible solutions to assist in identifying and solving problems.
»
If the power indicator does not light up when the power cord is plugged in, you may have a
problem with your power cord. Check for loose power connections, power losses or surges
at the power outlet. If you still cannot resolve the problem, contact your local dealer for
assistance.
»
If the LED indicators are normal while the connected cables are correct but the packets still
cannot transmit, please check your system’s Ethernet devices’ configuration or status.
