Configuring aggregate switches
Cisco switch
Configure IP Multicast on the switch. Configure IGMP snooping and IGMP querier
on IQ and 1588 VLAN interfaces at the global prompt.
1 Log into the switch and configure IP Multicast routing. This will by automatically
enable per port Multicast routing.
switch# enable
switch# configure terminal
swtich(config)# ip multicast-routing

Configure IGMP snooping and querier at the global prompt.
switch(config)# ip igmp snooping querier

Disable IGMP snooping on Management, IPsec/S1, and 1588-only interfaces.
Syntax: no ip igmp snooping vlan <vlan-id>
Example:
switch (config)# no ip igmp snooping vlan 399
switch (config)# no ip igmp snooping vlan 211
4 Enable jumbo frames on IQ vlan interfaces.
switch(config)# system mtu jumbo 9198
5 Configure port channel load balancing.
switch(config)# port-channel load-balance src-dst-ip
6 Log out of the switch.
