When the

Parameters

button is selected in the CP-145 Configuration Utility

main window the

Edit System Parameters

window is displayed:

This window is used to define the Map System Report creation, Windows

Application Event Reporting, and Network Time Protocol.

Map System:

Under this category, the

Create Map System Report at

Start-Up

radio buttons allow for a Map System report to be generated

during the system startup. If the radio button is set to ON, the

Map System

Output Format

radio buttons allow for the operator to select whether the

file format of the report is to be in .txt or .csv format. The generated Map

System file is placed under the /cpe/csci/MFG/logs/ERR folder.

Windows Application Event Reporting:

This field determines whether

events generated by the CP-145 will be sent to Window’s

Event Viewer

application log and sent to or logged in the CP-145’s event log. Events sent

to the Window’s Event Viewer application log can be viewed by selecting

Start>>All Programs>>Administrative Tools>>Event Viewer
