Define Security Parameters

Select the

Security

tab in the CP-145 Gateway Configuration Utility

main window. Security parameters are displayed.

Select the required security level from the drop-down menu in the

Highest Security field.

Install

from the File Menu in the CP-145 Gateway Configuration

Utility main window. The changes are installed.

Define Channel Configuration Parameters

The CP-145(L) requires a minimum of 2 channels (and a maximum of 10),

one for ACP-128 communications and one for XML communications. The

CP-145(F) requires that two channels be configured, one for X.400

communications and one for XML communications. For each channel,

perform the following steps:
1.

Select the

Channel

tab in the CP-145 Gateway Configuration Utility

main window. Channel parameters are displayed.

Use the arrow icons in the Channel Number field to select the number of

the channel to be used for your I/O communications.

Select the required security level from the drop-down menu in the

Security Type field.
