6.1 Machine Controls

Two-position selector
Mode Selector Automatic / Manual

Three-position Selector
Allows us to choose of the bowl rotation

First Speed Button
Pressing will activate the rotation at First speed

Second Speed timer

Second Speed button
Pressing will activate the rotation at second speed

Auto Start
Pressing will activate auto mixing cycle

Red Pushbutton
Emergency button: pressing will be stop machine immediately.

Emergency Stop ( Red Mushroom Button ): Stops operation. Turn the button and re-operate.
•
Start ( Green Button ): Provides to start operation of the.machine.
•
Time Relay (Timer): Provides to operate the machine in set time, and stops automatically at the end of the
cycle.
•
Protector Switch: Provides not to operate if protector is not closed. It is designed for the safety of operator.
•
Bowl Switch: Provides non-operation if the bowl is not in operation position.

To provide power to the control panel of the machine turn the main switch to “I”
