Step 4:
Load the fabric and engage the Pinch Roller (Refer Fig 7 (Yellow Button)).
Step 5:
Take care about fabric handling from supply and take up sides.
Step 6:
Check the take up power and set it as per requirement.
Step 7
: Check Print Head Nozzles status by issuing the Nozzle Test command. If nozzle test result is
not OK or nozzles are blocked, clean the Print Head by performing the steps given in the
Head Cleaning
section.
Step 8:
Prepare the printable file using the Ripping Software provided with the machine.
Step 9:
Set the print origin to specify the printing starting position.
Now, the printer is ready for printing.
