Die Mini-S Pumpe verwendet Schläuche mit 3
Color Code Stoppern. Dieser Schlauchtyp ermöglicht
es, denselben Schlauch zweimal zu verwenden, was
die Lebensdauer um 100% verlängert.
Beim Einlegen bzw. Wechseln der Schläuche gehen
Sie wie folgt vor:

Schalten Sie die Pumpe aus und trennen
Sie das Gerät vom Netz.
2. Öffnen Sie das Schlauchbett, indem Sie den
Anpreßhebel (5) nach rechts oder links drehen. Das
gefederte 3-Kanal-Schlauchbett (4) senkt sich.
3. Hängen Sie den Schlauch mit einem Stopper an
einem Schlitz der Schlauchhalte-rung ein. Ziehen
Sie leicht am Schlauch und hängen Sie ihn mit dem
zweiten Stopper am gegenüberliegenden Schlitz
ein (siehe Abbildung "offenes Schlauchbett").
– Es empfiehlt sich, den ersten Schlauch im
hinteren Schlauchbett einzuspannen.
– Der Schlauch muß korrekt im Pumpenkopf
eingespannt sein (Stopper mit Fähnchen nach
oben gerichtet). Er darf nicht verdreht sein.
4. Wiederholen Sie dasselbe mit den anderen
zwei Schläuchen.
5. Schließen Sie den Pumpenkopf, indem
Sie den Anpreßhebel (5) wieder in
die ver-tikale Position bringen.
6. Starten Sie die Pumpe wie im folgenden auf Seite 10.
7. Durch Drehen der Rändelschraube (6) stellen
Sie den Schlauchanpreßdruck so ein, daß sich
den Betriebsbedingungen entsprechend ein
regelmäßiger Fluß ergibt.
Es ist äußerst wichtig, daß das Einstellen
des Anpreßdruckes unter fertig instal-lierten
Arbeitsbedingungen ausgeführt wird.

Die Rändelschraube (6) darf nicht zu fest
angezogen werden, ansonsten Schlauch und
Pumpe unnötiger Belastung ausgesetzt werden, was
gleichzeitig deren Lebensdauer erheblich verkürzt.
Je nach Anwendung und Schlauchmaterial
wird von Zeit zu Zeit ein erneutes Anpassen des
Anpreßdruckes nötig.
The Mini-S pumps take 3-stop collared tubing,
allowing the same tubing to be used twice, and hence
extending service life by 100%.
For loading or changing tubing you proceed as follows:
1.

Switch the pump OFF and unplug it.
2. Open the tube-bed by turning the white lever (5) to
the right or the left. The spring-loaded 3-channel
tube-bed (4) is lowered and provides free access.
3. Insert one collar of the tubing into the tube-holding
slit of the tube-bed. Feed the tubing over to the
other end of the tube-bed and insert the second
collar into that slit (see figure below).
– Insert the first tubing in the back of the tube-bed.
– The tube must lie correctly in the tube-bed
(collars pointed upwards). It must not be twisted.
4. Do the same with the other 2 pump tubes.
5. Close the pump-head by turning the white lever (5)
into the vertical position.
6. Start the pump as described on Page 10.
7. Adjust the correct pressure to the tubing by
turning the knurled-head screw (6) so that a
smooth flow is achieved.
It is most important to adjust the tube-pressure
under operating conditions, i.e. when all the tubes
are connected and the pump system is completely
installed. Apart from the tube size and the material,
the correct pressure also depends on other
parameters such as back-pressure, viscosity, etc.

The knurled-head screw (6) must not be
tightened more than necessary. Otherwise, tubing
and pump are exposed to unnecessary strain, which
reduces the service life considerably.
Depending on the application and tubing
material, re-adjustment of the tube pressure may be
necessary from time to time.
