INDUSTRIO
Obblighi del Datore di lavoro
Si rammenta che in Italia il datore di lavoro deve comunque mettere
in atto quanto previsto dal Testo Unico sulla Sicurezza sul Lavoro D.Lgs
81/2008.
Negli altri Stati europei il datore di lavoro deve conformarsi alla
legislazione vigente nel paese ove la sua impresa opera.
Versione del manuale
La presente versione è la Vers. 1.0.1 del Gennaio 2010 (Istruzioni
Originali), redatta in accordo con la norma UNI 10893 Documentazione
tecnica di prodotto Istruzioni per l’uso.
Direttive Applicate
Il prodotto oggetto del presente manuale d’uso e manutenzione è stato
progettato, realizzato e collaudato in accordo con quanto previsto dalla
Direttiva 2006/42/CE.
Esso rientra nel campo di applicazione di tale direttiva in quanto
“attrezzatura intercambiabile”:

Articolo 2
Definizioni
Ai fini della presente direttiva il termine «macchina» indica uno dei
prodotti elencati all’articolo 1,
paragrafo 1, lettere da a) a f). (…attrezzatura intercambiabile, …)
Si applicano le definizioni seguenti:

b) «attrezzatura intercambiabile»: dispositivo che, dopo la messa in
servizio di una macchina o di
un trattore, è assemblato alla macchina o al trattore dall’operatore
stesso al fine di modificarne la
funzione o apportare una nuova funzione, nella misura in cui tale
attrezzatura non è un utensile.
La presente tipologia di prodotto, tavolo industrio, non rientra fra quelle
previste dall’Allegato IV della Direttiva 2006/42/CE.
Impiego
Il “TAVOLO INDUSTRIO”, da ora in poi chiamato tavolo o macchina, è
destinato ad essere utilizzato per piccoli lavori al banco, sia in ambito
industriale che non professionale (hobbistico). Il tavolo dotato degli
specifici accessori, acquistabili anche separatamente, consente
l’applicazione di una elettrofresatrice, in modo da poter eseguire
la fresatura di profili in legno e materiale assimilabile (DERIVATI
DEL LEGNO, CORIAN, STRATIFICATI FENOLICI, MATERIALI PLASTICI
come PLEXIGLASS, PVC). Il TAVOLO INDUSTRIO è una attrezzatura
intercambiabile ed è pertanto un equipaggiamento che è stato
progettato e costruito in modo da essere assemblato dall’utilizzatore
con una fresa portatile. L’assemblaggio del tavolo con una fresa portatile
realizza una macchina la cui tipologia è contemplata dall’allegato IV
della Direttiva 2006/42/CE. In questo caso se il TAVOLO INDUSTRIO è
assemblato con una elettrofresatrice di produzione CMT SpA del tipo
CMT7E e l’assemblaggio, l’impiego e la manutenzione sono effettuati
in accordo con quanto previsto all’interno del presente manuale la
macchina così realizzata è da considerarsi conforme a quanto previsto
dalla Direttiva stessa. In caso contrario l’assemblatore deve provvedere
a mettere in atto le specifiche procedure di certificazione dalla Direttiva
2006/42/CE.
La macchina necessita della presenza costante di un
operatore, per la sua regolazione e per la conduzione del
materiale da lavorare.

workplace, Legislative Decree 81/2008.
In other European countries, the employer must comply with the
legislation in force in the country in which the company operates.

Article 2:
Definitions
For the purposes of this Directive, the term “machine” indicates one of
the products listed in Article 1,
paragraph 1, letters a through f. (...interchangeable equipment...)
The following definitions shall apply:

b) “interchangeable equipment” means a device which, after the
putting into service of machinery or of a tractor, is assembled with
that machinery or tractor by the operator himself in order to change its
function or attribute a new function, in so far as this equipment is not
a tool;
The product type of the Industrio Routing System Table does not fall
within the scope of those provisions listed in Annex IV of the 2006/42/
CE EU Directive.
Use
The “INDUSTRIO” TABLE, hereafter referred to as table or machine, is
destined to be used for small workbench operations, either at industrial
or non-professional (hobby/DIY) level. When equipped with the specific
accessories, which can be purchased separately, the table can be fitted
with a router that allows routing of wooden profiles and the like (WOOD
DERIVATIVES, CORIAN, PHENOLIC SHEETS, PLASTIC MATERIALS such as
PLEXIGLASS, PVC).
Il INDUSTRIO TABLE is a piece of interchangeable equipment, and
has therefore been designed and built in such a way that it can be
assembled by the user to house a portable router.
Assembly of the table with a portable router creates a machine of the
type foreseen in Annex IV to Directive 2006/42/EC.
In this case if the INDUSTRIO ROUTING SYSTEM TABLE is assembled with
a router manufactured by CMT SpA type CMT7E and assembly, use and
maintenance are carried out as foreseen in this manual the resulting
machine is to be considered to comply with the requirements of said
Directive.
If this is not the case the assembler must carry out the specific
certification procedures foreseen by Directive 2006/42/EC.
The table requires the constant presence of an operator to
handle the material being machined and to adjust it.
