Precauzioni Generali
di Sicurezza
Quanto riportato nel presente capitolo deve essere tassativamente
rispettato.
Avvertimenti generali di sicurezza
>
È proibito l’uso, la conduzione, la manutenzione, la riparazione a
personale non esperto e/o non addetto e/o non autorizzato dal
responsabile del reparto.
>
È vietato salire sulla macchina.
>
È proibito operare su organi in movimento.
>
È proibito far sostare a meno di 1.2 m dalla macchina e dalla
zona di lavoro personale non qualificato e/o non addetto alla
sua conduzione.
>
È proibito effettuare riparazioni con la macchina accesa o
connessa alla linea di alimentazione elettrica.
>
È proibito indossare sciarpe, cravatte, indumenti svolazzanti,
anelli, braccialetti ed ogni altra cosa (cinghie, corde, ecc.) che
possa impigliarsi durante la lavorazione.
>
È proibito manomettere e/o modificare qualsiasi impianto e/o
struttura.
>
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi intervento e/o uso consultare il
manuale ed attenersi scrupolosamente alle istruzioni in esso
riportate.
Obblighi del titolare d’impresa
dove la macchina è utilizzata
Tutte le operazioni di conduzione, programmazione, manutenzione,
riparazione debbono essere effettuate da personale qualificato
autorizzato a compierle dal titolare dell’impresa.
Il titolare dell’impresa utilizzante la macchina è tenuto ad addestrare
l’operatore/gli operatori, addetto/i alla conduzione ed il personale
al controllo ed allo svolgimento delle operazioni di manutenzione
richieste.
Tale azione di addestramento deve essere fatta tenendo conto nel
modo più scrupoloso di quanto riportato negli avvertimenti generali
di sicurezza.
Inoltre, si deve tenere conto:

Delle avvertenze apposte, spiegandone dettagliatamente agli
addetti il significato e le relative conseguenze derivate dal
mancato rispetto delle stesse;
>
Di quanto riportato nel presente manuale d’uso;
>
Le operazioni di montaggio e smontaggio debbono essere
effettuate solamente da personale qualificato seguendo
attentamente tutte le procedure operative riportate nel presente
manuale d’uso.In other countries, refer to the respective

Safety Precautions
The indications provided in this chapter MUST be complied with.
General Safety Warnings

It is strictly forbidden for unauthorized persons to use, operate,
conduct maintenance or carry out repair on the machine.
>
Do not climb on the machine.
>
Do not work on moving components.
>
No bystanding allowed!!! Untrained and/or unauthorized
personnel must keep a minimum distance of 1.2 m from the
machine and machine working area.
>
Do not carry out repairs with the machine turned on or connected
to the electric power supply.
>
Never wear scarves, ties, loose clothing, bracelets, rings and
anything else (belts, cords, etc.) that might get caught up during
machining operations.
>
Never tamper with and/or modify any system and/or structure.
>
Before carrying out any operation and/or using the machine,
always consult the manual and carefully follow the instructions
provided.
Duties and Responsabilities of Company Owner
Regarding Use
All operations relating to running, programming, maintenance, and
repair must be carried out by qualified staff who are authorized to do
so by the company owner.
The owner of the company using the machine is required to train the
operator/operators, machine technician/s and staff on control and
on how to carry out the required maintenance operations.
This training must be carried out following the indications provided
in the general safety precautions in the strictest possible manner.
Furthermore, the following must be taken into account:

The relevant warnings, providing staff with detailed explanations
of their meaning and the consequences deriving from failure to
comply with them;
>
The contents of this user manual;
>
Assembly and dismantling operations must only be carried out
by qualified staff, following all the operating procedures given in
this user manual carefully.
