EQ (EQ Settings)
Definition
The EQ command sets the values for each of the equaliser bands on TIM-1000.
Syntax
EQ<Space><PARAM 1><Space><PARAM 2><CR>
PARAM 1
This parameter defines whether it’s the LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH frequency that
needs to be set
0=LOW frequency setting
1=MEDIUM frequency setting
2=HIGH frequency setting
PARAM 2
This parameter defines the value for each of the PARAM 1 settings. The range
shall be from +6dB to -20dB. The values shall be integer values.
If this parameter is omitted, then unit shall return EQ value of PARAM 1
Example(s)
To set EQ settings
Ex 1: EQ 0 +4<CR> ; defines LOW frequency setting at +4dB
Ex 2: EQ 1 -10<CR> ; defines MEDIUM frequency setting at -10dB
Ex 3: EQ 0 <CR>; inquires EQ state of the LOW frequency setting

NOISESUP (Noise Suppression)
Definition
The NOISESUP command defines whether the ambient noise suppression is
enabled or disabled
Syntax
NOISESUP <Space> <PARAM 1> <CR>
PARAM 1
This parameter defines whether noise suppression is OFF or ON.
0 = OFF
1 = ON
If this parameter is omitted, then unit shall return state of NOISESUP
PARAM 2
This parameter is not required. Carriage return shall follow immediately after
Parameter 1.
Example(s)
To set noise suppression
Ex 1: NOISESUP 1<CR> ; enables noise suppression
Ex 2: NOISESUP <CR> ; inquires unit’s state of noise suppression

The following response shall be received from the device
Res 1: ACK NOISESUP 1<CR>
Res 2: ACK NOISESUP x <CR> ; where “x” indicates status of noise suppression
