Press to move the selection box up.

Press and hold to go directly to the run screen from all menu levels.

Press to increase a value.

Press and hold to increase a value quickly (jump by one).

Press to move the selection box to the right.

Press and hold to quickly increase a value (jump by ten).

Press to move the selection box down.

Press to decrease a value.
