Troubleshooting

If the appliance should stop working properly,

rst check whether you are able to correct

the problem yourself. Contact the customer service (see the "Customer service" section).
Do not try to repair a faulty appliance yourself!

Problem

Possible cause/solution

• Is the battery properly inserted and charged?

The appliance does not
react to the remote
control.

• Are you pointing the remote control directly at the appli-

ance? Are there obstructions between the remote control
and the robot vacuum cleaner?

• Is the distance between the remote control and the appli-

ance too great?

• Are the batteries of the remote control too weak or

incorrectly inserted? (See the previous section.)

• Is the appliance correctly docked in the charging station?
