Analog scaling (ANALOG)
For analog output, sets the upper and lower limits corresponding
to judgment value (JUDGE.V) converted to current (4 to 20 mA).
DEFALT (Default) / FREE (Free)
[Default: DEFALT]
If set to DEFALT, the lower limit is fixed at 0.0000, and the output is 4 mA.
The upper limit is fixed at a specific value that depends on sensor head type, and the output is 20 mA.
When the judgment value is equal to or less than the lower limit, the output is 4 mA, and when it is equal to or
greater than the upper limit, the output is 20 mA.
