Disabling SQL*Net FixUp

This feature is enabled by default. Follow these steps to disable SQL*Net FixUp:

Select the port number to be disabled in the SQL*Net table.

Click Delete.

Click Apply to PIX.

Enabling SQL*Net FixUp

Follow these steps to re-enable SQL*Net FixUp after it is disabled:

Enter 1521 or a lower port number range in the Low port box.

Enter an upper port number range (if applicable) in the High port box.

Click Add.

Repeat Steps 1 through 3 if necessary.

Click Apply to PIX.

Changing the SQL*Net FixUp Port Numbers

Follow these steps to change the SQL*Net fixup ports:

Select the port or port range you want to change in the SQL*Net table.

Click Delete.

Enter a port number or a lower port number range in the Low port box.

Enter an upper port number range (if applicable) in the High port box.

Click Add. The port or port number range appears in the SQL*Net table.

Click Apply to PIX.

Resetting to Last Applied Settings

Reset—Discards changes and reverts the panel to the information displayed when it was opened or the last time

Refresh

was clicked while open.
