Monitoring>DHCP Client Lease Information

The DHCP Client Lease Information panel displays DHCP-assigned interface parameters when DHCP
addressing is configured on the outside interface of the PIX Firewall. A snapshot of the current DHCP lease
information is displayed. The display is not automatically updated when the DHCP lease is renewed or rebound.
To view updated DHCP client lease information, you must click Refresh.

DHCP Client monitoring is available only when the outside interface of the PIX Firewall is configured for DHCP
addressing via the System Properties>Interfaces panel.

Field Descriptions

The DHCP Client Lease Information panel displays the following fields:

DHCP Client Lease Information—Displays the parameters of the DHCP lease for the outside interface,
including the assigned IP address, subnet mask, DHCP server IP address, lease time information, default
gateway IP address, and other DHCP-related information.
