c. If the NUMBER OF STEPS should be less then 4, any number of steps can
be used by setting the STEP WELD COUNTS on the way at 0 to skip it.
d. After completing the stepper operation, the weld control is continued in
accordance with the setting of the 4 step. To use the output while the final
step is in operation, set the STEP CURRENT RATE for the 4th step.
e. The final step is always the 4th step. To use the output while the final step
is in operation, set the STEP WELD COUNTS for the 4th step at any other
value than 0.
f. The reset operation can be reset by setting the STEPPER RESET method,
whether it is used or not.
. STEPPER OPERATION
As shown in the following diagram, set the stepper so that the weld is counted
and the weld current can be gradually increased as the electrode tips wear.

6-9-2 Secondary cable break predict function
In welding in the constant current control mode, if the secondary cable is almost
disconnected, it can not be found. If the disconnection is detected by excessive
drop in the current, replace the secondary immediately.
The secondary cable disconnect predict function is designed to alarm the imminent
disconnection of the secondary cable and have it replaced while the welder is not
in operation and thereby prevent the occurrence of the production line stop.
