6-6-4 Program for each schedule no.
Program the conditions for each schedule no.
Specify the schedule no. with X1 through X15.
There is no need to program the schedule no. that is not used.
(Weld sequence program)
Program the weld sequence and the weld condition.
. Y0 INITIAL SQUEEZE TIME
Set the time from when the VALVE OUTPUT signal is turned ON to when the
squeeze completes.
In the repeat mode, this is effective only for the initial squeeze operation after
initiation.
. Y1 SQUEEZE TIME
Set the time from when the VALVE OUTPUT signal is turned ON to when the
squeeze completes.
This is always effective including for repeat mode operation.
. Y3 UP SLOPE TIME
Set the up slope time prior to the first weld.
. Y4 #1 WELD TIME
Set the first weld time.
. Y5 #1 WELD CURRENT (C.C)
Set the first weld current for the constant current control mode.
. Y6 #1 WELD CURRENT (V.C)
Set the first weld current for the voltage compensation control mode.
. Y8 COOL TIME
Set the cooling time between the #1 weld and the #2 weld.
. Y9 #2 WELD TIME
Set the second weld time.
. Y10 #2 WELD CURRENT (C.C)
Set the second weld current for the constant current control mode.
