APEX GRILLE
Installing Apex Grille 2
1.
Position the Grille [A] and Grille Fascia [B] from the
previous step up into the ORFB and align with (2) M6
x 20mm Countersunk Socket [C] fastened to the
installed M6 Sheet Metal nuts (red square).
Don’t tighten.
2. Install M6 x 25mm Bolts [E] with M6 Wedge-Lock
Washers [D] both sides and fasten using M6 Flanged
Nyloc Nut [F].
3. Fasten all hardware once aligned.

Installing Apex Grille
1.
Locate Grille [A] and Grille Fascia [B] together
ensuring the Grille bottom tag is located on the inside
face of the Grille Fascia.

NOMAD GRILLE
Install Nomad Grille
1.
Locate LH and RH “Mount Grille Inner” Brackets [B]
and LH and RH “Mount Grille Outer” Brackets [C].
2. Fasten M6 x 20mm Socket Button Head Bolt [E] with
M6 Flange Nuts [F] into the highlighted holes; do NOT
tighten the bolts, allow movement.
NOTE: If “ACC Non-Winch” Mount and/or Side Mount Number Plate is
installed, remove fastener and install both brackets together.

NOMAD GRILLE
Install Nomad Grille
1.
Locate Grille Bars to the loosely installed Mount Grille
Brackets
2. Fasten the Grille Bars using M6 x 20mm Socket
Button Head Bolts [E] with M6 Flange Nuts [F].
Before fully tightening; ensure both Grille Bar sides
are equal.
