WINCH
Trim OEM Plastic Radiator Surround and Fix Wiring
Loom
1. On some models of WK2’s you may have to trim the
radiator surround plastic to allow the wiring loom to
pass through. Using a sharp blade, cut a hole (red
lines).
2. Fix the wiring loom with some zip ties to the Bonnet
Support Struts [C] (red circles).

NON WINCH + No WK2 Recovery Point-Hook
Install OEM Wiring Loom Bolt
1. Install (1) M6 OEM Wiring Loom Bolt into frame.
2. Do this for both sides (passenger & driver).

Install Fusion Fairlead to ORFB
1.
Install Fusion Fairlead so that fastening bosses locate
to the ORFB Centre (red circle).
2. Fasten using (2) M8 x 16mm Bolt [C] with M8 x 28OD
Heavy Duty Flat Washers [E] (Torque to 20Nm).
INSTALLATION COMPLETE -- WK2 WINCH WK2 CHASSIS MOUNTS (Front)
