The following is specified steps for S-Limited and Summit bumpers. For greater detail on the bumper cut
required for your specific model, refer to the Appendix on Page 37.

Bumper Fascia Preparation, Marking out and
trimming
1.
Remove all parking sensors including the harness
from Bumper Fascia.
2. Remove lower bumper panel (highlighted in red) by
unclipping the clips and removing the screws.
3. Pop lower centre grille out of Bumper Fascia.

Mount Bracket Cut out
1.
For some vehicle models, the only necessary cut may be for the Mount Bracket slots (verify your case using the
appendix). Hand tighten the Mounting Brackets [C] into place so they’re free of movement.

er the Bumper Fascia into the correct place on your vehicle and identify the cut required than mark out using a
marker or tape.
Note: It is recommenced to progressively make the cut, starting at a smaller area then refitting and marking until acceptable clearance is reached.
