SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
Champion Aerospace software pre-installed in LASAR
®
systems is licensed, not sold, under the general
terms of this License. Any individuals or groups of individuals purchasing LASAR
®
ignition agree to
become bound by the terms of this agreement.
A.
Software Definition: All software supplied by Champion Aerospace under license, whether supplied
in object or source code, soft or fixed media, separately or embedded in firmware or in another
product. Software is warranted and supported by Champion Aerospace, which is responsible for
meeting applicable Champion Aerospace product specifications.
B.
Software License Grant: All software programs which are embodied in human readable source
form or a machine readable object form and which include, but are not limited to, programs
having a series of instructions, statements and data, and related material provided by Champion
Aerospace are the property of Champion Aerospace and/or others and are subject to the terms set
forth in this License, in which the Purchaser is provided solely with personal and nonexclusive
license to use such programs solely for their personal use and for its intended purposes in the
country in which the software was furnished and for execution on the system for which it was
provided.
