Place the chin into the facemask.
Concurrently tighten the head harness straps in
this order:
bottom straps;
middle straps; then
top strap.
Do not over-tighten the mask. It should fit comfortable against the face.

Check facemask seal.
5.1
Start breathing to activate first breath mechanism.
5.2
Take two or three breaths.
5.3
Hold the breath.
5.4
Listen for audible leaks
If there is no air flowing, a positive seal has been obtained.
If air is flowing, re-fit the mask.
5.5
Grasp the demand valve and pull the face mask slightly away from the face.
5.6
Ensure air flows freely.
5.7
Release the demand valve and let the facemask sit back onto the face.
5.8
Check the purge function by pushing the PURGE button at the front of the
demand valve.
