It is imperative that the drive linkage cover plate is placed correctly.
Make sure that there is clearance for the drive arm to swing through. If this
plate is assembled back-to-front the drive arm won’t swing through and you will
need to turn the plate around (Refer back to Section 6, Figure 22).
