6 - MAINTENANCE

Bucket teeth

Bucket teeth removal

Place the bucket a few centimetres above the
ground. Stop the engine and remove the igni-
tion key.

Turn the locking stud

90 °

in the clockwise di-

rection using a hexagonal wrench.

Remove the locking pin then remove the worn
tooth tip.

SMIL13CEX2818AB

Clean the mating surface on the adaptor.

Engage a new tooth tip right up to the stop and
hold it in position.

Engage the locking pin until it is flush with the
tooth tip.

Turn the locking stud

90 °

in the anti-clockwise

direction using a hexagonal wrench.

NOTE:

when replacing a tooth tip, it is advisable to replace

the locking pin at the same time.
