CarrierMate™ Touchscreen Calibration
If you are touching any of the icons on the touch screen and the screen is not responding
quickly, the touch screen may not be calibrated properly. To recalibrate the CarrierMate™
touchscreen settings, from the Home screen:
•
Tap the
Tools
icon or press the F4 button.
•
Tap the
Touch
tab or press the F1 button.
•
Tap the
Calibrate
tab or press the F3 button.
•
When the target (+) appears, carefully tap each target (+) and follow it to each corner.
•
Press the
Enter
button to accept the new settings when prompted.
Note: If the Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) continues to have an issue with keeping the
calibration it is a recommended that you update your MDT Operating System and
CarrierMate™ firmware.
