8. SELECTING INSTALLATION LOCATION OF INDOOR UNIT
8.1 CONSIDERATIONS OF SELECTING INSTALLATION LOCATION
Select installation location which allows the following requirements :

Easy accessibility for service and maintenance.

The ceiling is horizontal and its structure can endure the weight of the indoor unit.
‰
The outlet location of piping from indoor unit which allows easy access to the ends of
refrigerant piping lines to facilitate refrigerant leak testing and to facilitate service and
maintenance.
Avoid installation location which can lead to
excessive length of refrigerant piping lines
between indoor and outdoor units
