19. FINISHING INSTALLATION
19-1 FINISHING STEPS FOR INSTALLATION
A. INSTALLATION OF RETURN GRILLE
The return grille is installed by reversing the procedure shown in item 18-1. It is
possible to install the return grille in 4 directions by turning the return grille.
Note: Be careful not to get swing flap motor lead wire get caught when installing the
return grille.
B. INSTALLATION OF SERVICE COVER
(a) Attach the string of the service cover to the pin of the front panel.
(b) Install service cover.
C. Tie together refrigerant piping, lines, electrical connection cords and drain line.
Form the refrigerant piping in the required direction and bind the drain hose and
electrical connection cords together with vinyl tape.
•
The drain hose should be always at the bottom of lump to assure smooth drainage.
•
The lump must be of circular shape.
D. Fill the gap between the outside wall hole and the piping with sealing wall sleeve, wall cap
and sealer putty so that rain and wind cannot enter.
Attach string of
