Cool Enable – Enables or disables cooling operation.

Leaving Water Temp Setpoint – The leaving water temperature setpoint maintained by the
module.

Outdoor Air Temp Setpoint – The outdoor air temperature below which the module is allowed to
operate.

OAT Offset Setpoint – The number of degrees that the outdoor air temperature must rise above
setpoint to disable the module’s operation.

Remote Contact Normal Logic State – Specifies the remote contact's normal logic state.

Fan VFD Run Status Normal Logic State – Specifies the fan's variable frequency drive run status
normal logic state.

Fan VFD Output Type – Defines the type of fan variable frequency drive output control.

Fan Initial Start Speed – The speed that the module’s fans are briefly run on initial startup.

Fan Speed PID – This BACnet Object calculates the amount of fan speed required to satisfy the

NOTE : The following default values should be changed only by a technician trained in tuning PID
