4. To get started click START / STOP. In Dehydrate mode the device doesn't preheat.
NOTE: You should open the cover during dehydration to check on your meal. When the cover is
opened, the timer will pause, and then restart automatically after it is closed.
5. The device will beep when the dehydration time is complete, and END appears on the display
screen. Remove the food, and close the lid.
