Press the alphanumeric keys corresponding to the nuclide name. The number on each key
will appear. For example, if Cs137 is entered, 27137 will appear on the screen. Press

ENTER

when the nuclide has been specified.

To change the assignment to NONE, press

ENTER

without specifying a nuclide.

Assignment Confirmation

Figure 6-3 User Key Verification screen will re-appear with the nuclide name that was just
input.

If the assignment is correct, press

YES

TEST SOURCES

Test Sources (Standard Sources) are used for the Accuracy and Constancy Tests.

The Accuracy and Constancy may be tested using Co57, Co60, Ba133, Cs137 or Ra226.
There can be a Test Source for each of these nuclides. One or more of the Test Sources
must be designated as the source(s) to be used in the Daily Test. One of the daily sources
must be designated as the source to be used for the Constancy Test.

The

Test Source Menu

allows data to be input for any Test Source and to choose which Test

Source will be used as a Constancy Source.

To input Test Source Data, press

MENU

from the Measurement Screen.

Select

SETUP
