Delaying a Send Job

Sending

Enter the send time using the numeric keys

➞

press [OK].

Enter all four digits of the time (including zeros), using 24-hour notation.

If you set the time earlier than the current time, the document will be sent at that
time on the next day.

The display returns to the fax standby mode.

NOTE

If you make a mistake when entering the send time, press

(Clear)

Specify the destination

Scanning starts.

The document is stored in memory, and then sent to the specified destination at
the specified time.
