Canceling Send Jobs

You can cancel a send job using the stop key or the system monitor key.

Using the Stop key

Follow the procedure below to cancel sending documents during a transmission.

During transmission, press [Stop].

If you are using Direct Sending, an alarm sounds, and the transmission is
canceled immediately.

If you press

(Stop) after the machine has finished scanning, the message

<CANCEL DURING TX/RX?> is displayed.

If you press

(Stop) while the machine is scanning a document placed in the

feeder or during Direct Sending, the message <STOP KEY PRESSED> is
displayed.
