Remove the covers as follows when clean-

ing, inspecting, or repairing the inside of the

machine.

Removing the Machine

1) Turn off the copier.

2) Disconnect the communication cable [1] of

the machine from the copier.

3) Open the machine fully.

4) Go to the rear of the copier, and lift the

machine to remove.

Reference:

The hinge support is equipped with a

locking mechanism to prevent displace-

ment, requiring you to fully open it when

removing it from the copier.
