Removing the Upper Cover

1) Remove the front cover, and remove the

screw [1]; then, remove the positioning pin

[2] from the pickup front side plate.

2) Remove the stepped screws used to secure

the pickup side plate (front, rear) and the

link arm [4] of the upper cover [3] in place;

then, detach the upper cover [3].

Removing the ADF Controller
